Guerilla Properties SMS program

If you separately opt in, Guerilla Properties may send text messages about your real estate inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, requested property information, and related service updates. Promotional real estate messages are sent only if you expressly consent to that type of message. The disclosure at opt-in identifies the program you are joining.
